SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. All meals are prepared fresh in small batches by a professional chef. Product availability may vary week to week. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Pantry Door reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until confirmed by The Pantry Door. Payment must be received before your order is confirmed.

As our products are perishable, cancellations must be made before the order cut-off time for your delivery cycle — Sunday night for Tuesday delivery, Wednesday night for Friday delivery. Cancellations after cut-off cannot be accommodated.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY We deliver to selected areas within Melbourne's northern suburbs. Delivery is available Tuesday and Friday. Order cut-off times apply — see our website for details.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We take care to maintain food safety standards during delivery, however once your order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility passes to you.

If you are not home at time of delivery, we will follow any delivery instructions provided at checkout. We accept no liability for orders left unattended at your direction.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on our website and store including text, images, graphics, logos and branding is owned by The Pantry Door and is protected under Australian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written consent.
