DELIVERY AREAS
The Pantry Door delivers to selected suburbs within Melbourne's northern suburbs. At checkout, your address will be checked against our delivery zone. If delivery is not available to your area, please contact us to discuss options.
Delivery within 6km of Mill Park is complimentary on orders over $30.
Delivery between 6km and 10km incurs a $10 delivery fee on orders over $40.
DELIVERY DAYS
We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays only. After placing your order you will be contacted to confirm your delivery day and estimated delivery window.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES
To receive Tuesday delivery, orders must be placed by Monday night. To receive Friday delivery, orders must be placed by Thursday night.
Orders placed after cut-off will be allocated to the next available delivery day.
FOOD SAFETY
All meals are prepared fresh in small batches and delivered chilled or frozen as selected. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or provide safe drop instructions at checkout. Once delivered, meals must be refrigerated or frozen immediately.
The Pantry Door accepts no responsibility for food safety once an order has been delivered to the address provided.
