Refund policy
At The Pantry Door, all meals are prepared fresh in small batches by a professional chef. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at mark@thepantrydoor.com.au with a photo and description of the issue. We will assess each situation individually and where appropriate offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
We take food safety seriously. Any concerns about food quality must be reported immediately upon receipt.
